Pros

I felt surrounded by incredibly intelligent people, most of who were humble and hungry as well. I loved my day to day but also the mission of what we were doing and this was a common experience. I felt valued and empowered. I had a healthy work life balance with realistic expectations for performance and excellent leadership.

Cons

Pay and benefits were okay, but not highly competitive compared to many other high valuation tech companies. Minimal employee turnover meant there were few vertical opportunities.

Great Team, Tough Parking, and Low Pay

Pros

The bonus is great, and the benefits are good as well. There’s also strong camaraderie among coworkers.

Cons

Pay is low unless you’re in a leadership position. Parking is terrible, and you often have to wait for the previous shift to leave before finding a spot. Be cautious, supervisors tend to make promises just to keep employees motivated.
