You will learn a lot, develop professionally, and get to work on some very interesting and exciting technical problems. Co-workers are smart, hardworking, and mission-oriented.

Cons

High level project management can be very disorganized, with priorities constantly changing and with unclear direction. Timelines are extremely aggressive, with no regard to employee personal life or mental health. There is little recognition of good work. Some teams and managers are much better than others.
