OK company, but they rely on their brand to pay peanuts to their store employees. People are motivated. Smart coworkers who are passionate about their work. Leadership is understanding sometimes, not always.

Cons

Peanut pay for the sales and delivery people, cut throat environment where you have to perform. Pay does not have bonuses or commissions for selling more cars. Work life balance is not it.
