- Projects are related to production - Procative mindset (You can propose projects if you see something that can be improved) - Minor employee benefits such as discounts - Interns are treated the same way as a fulltime workers

Cons

- Overtime is normal but for interns not welcome (yet almost unavoidable) - 1 hour + commute to factory since it is outside of Berlin (near the factory, housing is limited) - There is not always a perspective or possibility for a fulltime position - limited to no home office - job description not always accurate in terms of skills needed
