Since I started working here in 2019, the company (especially on the auto side) is starting to feel less like small/nimble and more like a big company. More processes, more people, more teams, orgs starting to get bigger vertically. Not necessarily a bad thing, but just a little cumbersome if you're looking to be an intense EE that gets to iterate quickly. Compensation is also kind of negative - they pay you like the stock is still 10x-ing every so often. I've got about a 2x, but not as high as the rather low equity compensation packages equal.

But the management definitely is bias when it comes to promotions.
