On the job training, stepping stone into the electrical and solar industry.

Cons

Starting to feel undervalued and under paid. This year company introduced a new "incentive" but in reality it's there way of not paying the workers what they deserve. Your typical speech of breaking records but can't compensate for the workers effort. Jobs already hard on the body as is but now the company thinks they shouldn't give the job incentive due to getting paid an hourly rate, words coming from upper management. Company definitely needs to be investigated by the labor board for equal pay rights.
