      They give you no feedback regarding performance. Suddenly out of nowhere they fire you for low performance without being able to explain it. Toxic culture and no transparency.

      New Technology and some very good engineers

      Cons

      everything else most notably the bad management. half the new comers leave after one year. favouritism between colleagues creating unstable environment. very valuable old timers left abruptly causing a huge issue with management pretending nothing happened verbal abuse is normal inside
