I have worked for TeamViewer for quite some time in the office in Clearwater, FL. We have had massive growth in employees and office space. Yes, some growing pains happened. But we are working thru them. And I can honestly say that in the big picture TeamViewer one of the best companies that I have ever worked for.

Cons

Sometimes management implements office policies that they, themselves, do not follow. Sometimes there seems to be some personality conflicts between certain employees and no one addresses this issue - they simply ignore it and hope that it resolves itself - which it does not. And sometimes certain employees are favored above other employees. The favored employees' suggestions/requests are usually implemented and the other employees suggestions/requests are dismissed/ignored.

Awesome place to work at with some pretty amazing people! The company culture really emphasizes on being yourself. They understand that we all have different qualities and want you to focus on those. No cubicles! Such a positive environment and everyone is always willing to help with whatever you may need. 100% team work. The environment definitely makes you want to work hard. Awesome benefits. Honestly working here has given me a better life in more ways than I could write on here !

Honestly every company has things they could work on but for the most part they keep us in the loop on most everything! We are growing faster than they can handle....
