- Colleagues - Diversity of work-projects (of course, depending on team)

Cons

- C-Level who's only aim is pleasing investors - favouritism and buddy - buddy systems - Middle management (not always their fault, as they get no help or training) - missing training for employees and no interest in creating budget for any - Micro-management - silo building of departments for self protection - no work-life balance - public shaming - complaints to HR lead no-where
