Pros

If you work for core product - remote access - it is quite good and comfortable place. Benefits are good if you are employed by directly by Teamviewer or subsidiaries. Generally good level - but again, if you are in core business.

Cons

If you are not in core business, i.e. at any of the acquired software based divisions or also if you need to develop new territories, then it is not good. Mostly general company strategy based on support of what they already have - i.e. core business and already established territories. No experience in developing new technologies or markets. That means you won't get proper and equal support as other LOBs. If company doesn't have legal entity in the country, then you will be hired via employment agency and then you loose lots of benefits and opportunities. And the worst - if they decided to cut position or to fire anyone, really two hours to hand over the role and send farwells - it is too short notice.
