Pros

TeamViewer's core offering (remote connectivity software) is generally well liked by the target audience and it's definitely in the must-have category vs nice-to-have. The people I worked with at TeamViewer were generally very pleasant and professional. TeamViewer also has a fairly mature partner ecosystem.

Cons

Leadership has mismanaged how this software has been sold for years and not a lot has changed in the recent period. If you're an enterprise rep, then be prepared to fight an uphill battle with customers who don't see why they should pay 5-10X more for what is essentially the same software being sold to the mid market space (sorry, SSO is not moving the needle like you think it is). You will also be paying for the sins of the past because many of their customers got used to TeamViewer selling their software like a point solution which they could get at fire sale prices if they just waited until the end of the quarter. This company spends vast sums of money on things which don't have a measurable impact on the business (like sponsoring Formula 1 race teams), but refuses to upgrade their CRM for the modern age--penny wise and pound foolish. It remains to be seen whether the purchase of 1E will pay off but based on the conversations I've had with customers, it'll be a while before they know.

Pros

Free Healthcare coverage(although it barely covers anything), snacks in the office is you're fortunate enough to be invited to the office since remote workers are on the outside looking in.

Cons

A SMB product masquerading as Enterprise. Sales leadership runs the place even though most of their people can't close a deal to save their lives. They'll blame everybody. Most of management from sales, to support, to customer success are company guys who lack real skill or experience for their roles. Pay is below market value, company does a reorg a couple times a year so good luck with longevity as they just finished another round of layoffs. Customers are starting to see how they can get the same service from competitors for cheaper, so there's no real value prop. And they're scrambling to get a return on their investment after the purchase of 1E(also every expensive), so expect another "reorg" in the next 8-12 months. If you start working here, keep applying for the other jobs in your down time. Good luck
