Fine for a while but Changes are needed...

The atmosphere is more than great, amongst the majority of the colleagues it brings a great vibe to the work place. Good selection of drinks.

Cons

No internal career path. No additive incentives for performers that excel better than average. The changes are said to be coming but in the meantime all you can do is wait..not for too long.

Pros

Food, snacks, community, the people, the diversity of our team members and the different languages we speak. It's a shame that we have so many wonderful people that work here, and it's gone to waste due to leadership.

Cons

Management in inside sales is out of control and managed by fear. Apply to any other job here EXCEPT for inside sales. Just last week, management yelled at us and said monkeys could do our job.

Employee events / activities. Great friends / which is unrelated to the job.

Cons

Listen to the reviews; they are right. People get fired 24/7 because they don't align with the unethical sales agenda of this place. This place does not wish for good sales reps - they don't need it, their product sells itself. They want monkeys to place orders.. than they will ensure you have to fight for your life to get your bonus. Most underpaid tech sales role in Australia, no level up. Please let this be the one time you listen to a GlassDoor review. Stay clear if you are half decent at sales!
