Pros

Free Fruit & Drinks Great Health Insurance

Cons

401k match is very small. Lowest I've ever seen. Literally no dress code. People are wearing sweatpants and gym clothes. Showing up like they rolled out of bed. No executive presence at all in the Americas (Clearwater Office). The convicts are running the jail house leading to zero direction or long term career growth. Leadership will revoke earned compensation at a whim and claim its the best for the company expecting you to just say Yes Sir. There is no trust at all in leadership or that your compensation will be paid. All sales related compensation plans are nearly impossible to hit. Middle management has no leadership skills and is far under qualified for their jobs. You need to be buddy buddy with someone to receive a promotion. Job merit and performance are secondary. Salary & Total Compensation is far under industry average. Major disconnect between US & German headquarters. Difficult to get anything accomplished for how the US market works.

Pros

Benefits were good, German office very helpful

Cons

HR ignores employees. Makes appointments then breaks them or just doesn't show up.
