Pros

They give good salaries and good employee benefits, they have a great organization in the HQ, lot of events to encourage employee interaction and team spirit. The people is very open minded and the energy is very positive. I've worked as both working student and full employed and I feel the trait and financial reward is very fair for both.

Cons

There was a bad communication between departments or teams within the same departments. At some point there was a very strong hierarchy, meaning that job titles ended up dictating people's behaviors and treatment against other employees with a lower position. e.g. from director to manager, manager to senior, and senior to normal positions. Getting , unconsciously, close to micromanaging.
