We are concerned to hear that your experiences at TeamViewer were not what you hoped it would be. As you have pointed out, we are experiencing tremendous growth in the Americas as well as globally, and with that, come growing pains. In 2020, we are proud to say that we hired over 500 new team members globally. As the business evolves, we are implementing systems to streamline business processes, and with that come adjustments on how we work so that we accomplish our long-term goals.
