Pros

The Pay was very good and there is a young ambitious feel to the company. They strive aggressively for growth.

Cons

It is an "up or out" environment and there are very few people over the age of 45 in the organization. While there is a tremendous amount of feedback, it is rarely face to face, but usually by tattling to management. If you thrived through high-school popularity games, you will feel at home at Target HQ.

Pros

-decent pay -leadership development -bonus incentives for Store Team Leaders and above

Cons

-very long hours -no holidays-ever -no clear direction or focus (everything is a focus) -any mistake is viewed as failure -HR team doesn't really care about employees. They only care about metrics and making sure employees don't complain to higher ups. -Lack of diversity in personality types. -favoritism at all levels -Lots of company vales that are not enforced at the store and district level and causes low morale and credibility with the workforce -no room for creative thinking
