Pros

Lots of opportunities for growth within the company. 10% discount. Training available.

Cons

The upper management did not support non-business majors. Managers did not know how to keep their employees on track, and then punished them for their own lack of training. One co-worker kept a record of every step I took, only to hand it over to our manager. I do not recommend working with this company based on my personal experience. Unless retail is your dream job, the level of support and advice you receive will not be enough to warrant the long hours and mindless analysis.

Pros

The store is very well maintained and I feel that the people who shop there are much more respectful compared to other retail stores.

Cons

Many coworkers are very lazy causing you to do more work than required if all employees actually worked.
