Pros

They have a great training program for new hires at HQ locations. They hire a lot of young talent which makes it exciting if you just out of college.

Cons

Promotions seems to be tough to come by. Culture is surrounded around moving every couple of years to a new job. Management does not seem to follow that method.

The people that I work with, they make coming to work fun. Team huddles and other employees interaction make it fun.

Cons

If you are not a yes man or woman they will push you door. They expect you to do more at work with less resources.

- Work/life balance: working in retail means working outside the 9-to-5. Late evenings, early mornings, weekends and holidays are part of the package. - Current economic conditions are necessitating serious cost-control measures, and diligent payroll expense control means everyone needs to do more with less.
