Pros

The money and that's it they treat you like dirt wether you been there 1week or 9 years. If you really need the money and can deal with being treated like then go work for them

Cons

Everything management don't care about you or you family like they say they do! They don't care if you get hurt and have a workmens comp case or not they will fire you they a billion dollar a year company they don't care about the little people!

Pros

Easy tasks, sufficient time for breaks and lunches

Cons

Low staffing causes work to not get done, the same people close every night and have to stay until the manager allows us to leave, MyTime is more harm than help, there are no nice work hours for part-time team members-- you're either working a 4 hour shift or a 9 hour shift, people who are slow and do poor work don't get disciplined and you're left to pick up their slack before you can go home, management calls you and attempts to guilt trip you into working on a day off because they're understaffed

Pros

I enjoyed the training and development aspects I could bring to my team as an ETL. Helping others reach their goals is pretty great to be apart of. They also pay well.

Cons

The ETL position is so time demanding it's ridiculous. They work you 10-15 hour days half the time and then they're baffled that so many people were sick or stressed to the point of quitting. The training we received was sub par and half the time they don't even have position ready for you, so you may float or be an extra ETL at a random store. The holidays are a nightmare but that is a given in retail. This position has no support depending on your team of managers and your store manager. If you love retail go for it, if not RUN!
