Pros

ETL-AP is hands down the best ETL role with Target. As long as you are keeping up with your KPIs and driving a safe and secure culture, you should enjoy minimal oversight from store and district leadership. If you have military, LE or private security experience with an interest in protecting profit and inventory management, this role could be for you.

Cons

Target will often approach business situations and initiatives with an “everything is important” attitude instead of ranking priorities in order of importance.
