Pros

Great work-life balance and top notch product make coming into Tableau everyday a great experience. There are times when the work gets challenging, but that is because the company expects a lot from it's employees and compensates them with many perks standard in the tech industry. Love that it still feels scrappy like a startup at times.

Cons

Lots of growing pains can still be felt today. Some management might have moved into positions they weren't ready for. The competitive market is tougher than ever, so expect to work hard and expect to be challenged. The pay is decent, nothing that will turn heads, but there are many other benefits that help you feel valued.

Product is fantastic. Customers love it, so sales is rarely pulling teeth. Great culture. Casual and energetic. Smart people. Ambitious.

Cons

Lack of career opportunities in London. Mostly a sales team in London ... Where to go next career-wise other than sales management? That's not compelling for everyone. Paid less than industry average.
