      Pros

      I've worked at Tableau now for 3.5 years and I love it. The people are really smart and collaborative and the environment is fast-paced and always changing.

      Cons

      Feels a little more corporate-y now that we are owned by Salesforce and I miss the start-up vibe. More levels of approval now.

      Great pay, excellent product, people who care about you. When you shut your computer at the end of the day you're able to get a peaceful night's rest
