      Pros

      Tableau is in a very interesting position currently. Changing leadership during the last years has had positive impacts on the company prospects and changes made make it easier to sell. Great market potential here in Germany with growing momentum. Leadership is capable and line management is supportive in coaching on deals etc.

      Cons

      Still rather immature sales organization. Processes are sometimes cumbersome and time consuming.
