Terrible management, multiple managers and team leads without any necessity.
No culture of constructive criticism, whatever is getting a 360° reflection is received as personal criticism of one’s manager or majesty insult. Micromanagement and finger pointing is the absolute norm and that is causing the most valuable people to leave. If a manager’s behavior is getting escalated to the next level it is getting ignored or even worse, it’s creating a backdraft and causing your career to end quickly. Unprofessional and selfish behavior and not a sign of integrity and having the companies interests in mind.
HR is the worst I have ever came across in terms of an understanding for local laws and their interpretations, full of excuses, never, NEVER responds to questions asked in time and acts unprofessionally on a constant level.
