Fun, international travel brand.

Likeminded staff - kind, open minded, travel enthusiasts for the most part. Interesting work if you like people and the world (and aren't in complaints). Great international mobility if you're single and happy to travel. Working in an international team is very common.

Cons

Salaries were too low for the close proximity to London. Was the main reason I chose to move on after close to 2 years (migrated to Australia) but I do still miss the work and the people, and working in the travel industry in general.

Crew are more like family. Work is more like a fun day out. Lots of opportunities throughout the business. Love it!

Cons

Progression is limited within the role, but opportunities to branch out elsewhere instead.
