Pros

- You get to work in the travel industry - Some discounts/free trips (though only after 1year +)

Cons

- Work schedule was completely inflexible, you had to work the days and hours they set/couldn’t specify a day you couldn’t work. - Told off by management for leaving when my shift ended and not staying longer despite not being in the middle of serving a customer etc. - Impossible to take holiday off, managers decided what days/weeks you can have. - IT team long and laborious to deal with, makes it hard for retail staff to do their jobs properly. - No lunch/break for a 6 hour shift. - Staff leaving constantly, shops forced to run on low staff or shut on certain days. - You are contractually required to go and help out at a different branch if they are low staffed. With no consideration if your commute to that branch would be impossible/2hrs+ away.
