      Concessions after 12 months of service Uniform Karisma and Riu Points Educational Trips

      Cons

      A lot of travelling Not enough staff in the stores Complaint System shockingly poor ( they don’t put the customer at the heart of the complaint) A lot of weekend work Certainly a face that fits environment

      Pros

      Concessions on holidays that you book with TUI which is excellent and always a bonus.

      Cons

      Location of this office is not so great - just a little out of town. Always got the holiday blues as someone is always on holiday.
