      Friendly staff with good incentives

      Cons

      Poor training. Lack of support. Made to feel bad if store make errors. No point challenging things. Keep taking hours of the stores, most days are under staffed. Poor complaints system in place for the customer, not putting the customer at the heart of everything they do.

      Pros

      Holiday concession, the customers, lovely uniform. Great principles...just not always put into practice.

      Cons

      Poor pay, poor incentives, focuses change all of the time, bigger stores can be clichey ,senior management are very up themselves and talk down to you. The company want every one to be robots and everyones on edge about saying the wrong thing.
