Pros

Flexible working and WFH. TUI is investing in data analytics and data science. Can move into different teams across the business.

Cons

The typical problems a big firm like TUI faces such as bad communication across teams. A lot of unnecessary bureaucracy and admin controls especially in IT (still haven't managed to use my TUI assigned laptop for work). Can be long hours depending on which team you are in.

They look after their employees There is a colleague engagement forum which you can take feedback to and they will put it to the board and come back to you Treated fairly and support equality and LGBT They have had a recent pay review for every position and travel advisors no longer being paid minimum wage Good concession against own holidays Great people regionally and nationally Quick progression if a availability comes up, likes to progress within 1 in 4 weekends off

Cons

Absolutely nothing, I love working here!
