Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, its good to hear that the work that has been put in to improve communication is making a difference - Town Halls with the MD, video updates from senior leaders, weekly newsletters, huddles, breakfast meetings etc. I am sorry to hear you felt that career progression was limited. We do encourage internal moves and all vacancies are available on the intranet. The 'Global 60' programme has also recently been launched to promote the international opportunities we have to internal colleagues. As it's mid year review time, career aspiration discussions are happening now as part of that process.

Thank you for your comments. Please do discuss your concerns with your line manager and as it is mid year review time, that would be a good opportunity.

Pros

It's entirely destination specific so it really does depend on the team you're in. I've had amazing experiences with amazing perks and honestly, some of my best memories have been formed overseas. Accommodation is generally good. Also it's a great opportunity to meet people from other cultures which you wouldn't get to meet otherwise

Cons

At the same time, if you're working under poor management it can be a really bad experience. Tempers do get high around high season but normally this subsides. Unfortunately if things do get really bad and you end up in a toxic environment. Not enough is done to resolve it. HR do tend to look after management and the company
