      Pros

      You don't have to worry about the apartment or any bills because TUI will cover for that. So the salary you get goes to experiences and sometimes to food when you don't want to eat at the hotel. New amazing friends and opportunities!!

      Cons

      If you get a bad manager or a hotel then you're going to be working way too many hours and be annoyed with your work. (But the other coworkers make you stay)

      Fundamentally TUI has a good culture that is felt at all levels. Great perks including discounted travel. Good progression opportunities.
