      Pros

      Colleagues wellbeing is at the forefront of everything they do, the resources in place are amazing. You are treated like an individual and I feel really valued by the organisation, the hybrid working is great and it means I am able to balance my work/life effectively. The opportunities to develop and progress are great and there is a real focus on staff development opportunities such as bespoke leadership programmes and a variety of apprenticeships

      You may find yourself continuously looking at holidays!

      Great people, fascinating and always changing company with a fun end product. Hybrid working with a great deal of choice to pick when working in office vs at home. Working in international teams.

      Cons

      Can be quite a political organisation.
