      Bullied and don’t follow their values

      Pros

      For a company so big on their “values” they don’t follow them. Some colleagues were good to work with others where toxic. If you’re happy to be used as a scapegoat for others incompetence then this is the place for you. The management are absolutely childish and power mad. The way you’ll be treated will depend upon wether or not your manager favourites you ,if your liked you will get let off with things other members of staff wouldn’t be let off with.

      discounts on travel and thats about it

      Cons

      training is poor or non existent managers have no idea how to manage anyone and most have been pushed through to management to quick its more of a power play than a job. you are chucked in the deep end and expected to get on with it but will be embarrassed or told off when you make a mistake no help no support pay is terrible for the work involved. very clicky atmosphere if you don't click you wont fit. hours are horrible not many benefits for the amount of stress this job can cause
