      Good perks outweigh the cons

      Holiday concession. Wellbeing days. Colleague travel offers and flight discounts. Good work environment. Free work trips abroad. Monthly sessions you can attend - one common topic is mental health. Yearly bonus and pay rise.

      Cons

      No flexibility with working hours - have to work weekends. Hard to progress in current role. Monitored a lot. Sometimes hard to reach certain targets.
