      Pros

      Good base salary especially compared to other similar airlines. Good working conditions.

      Cons

      Too few flights even in the Summer. If you don't speak Dutch, you will sometimes feel left out. The long haul destinations will be discontinued

      Pros

      None anymore, use to be a great company but the senior management don't care about the UK market anymore or the employees

      Cons

      After being told of a 'Permanent Flexible Working Policy' of only being required to go to the office once a month, all of a sudden they're implementing twice per week with zero consultation on the teams if effects, they claim collaboration yet many of the teams I work with are not based in UK you are ruining peoples lives, putting my house at risk and made my mental health really poor.
