Flexible work from home policy, relaxed atmosphere, good pension options

Cons

Technology is horrifically outdated with no plan to upgrade. Career progression opportunities are slim and is decided on popularity, not skill or experience. Senior Management adopt a 'do as I say, not as I do' policy. Very little ambition to implement true data science or learn from any data insight.

- Great way to lose weight. I lost 7 kg in one month because of walking without any vehicle. In two days, they force me to walk 35 km. and when I asked them to rest for a day, my manager told me that "don't cry like a little girl" (funny part, my manager was a woman) - Food was really good.

Cons

- Very incompetent it manager. She has no idea about any general IT topic. - Unbalanced life/work style. 6 days in a week - Terrible management. - There is no documentation about anything. Most of the infrastructure relies on 2 or 3 people's knowledge - Zero orientation. I was actually a pre-sales engineer and I told the management I have never work for the tourism sector. They forced me to prepare 3 full-blown holiday village in 1 month. - very hostile work environment - There is no sign of working a multinational company - IT staff is quite ignorant about IT world - No chance to improve your career - No chance to get training about any IT topic - VERY low salary. I have earned 600 Euro for a month and i worked nearly every day - No desk for work. yes I didn't have a desk or room. when I asked the management about it. they say you need to wait for this. It was ridiculous
