Support from other colleagues going through the same hell- they are the ones that keep you going

RSMS are bullys and love to make you feel bad at your job. Pay is horrendous for the amount we are expected to do. Always take the side if the customer and make you look stupid. Terrified of making a mistake- they love an action plan!!!

TUI offers a genuinely positive working culture where people are supportive, respectful, and collaborative. Work-life balance is taken seriously, which makes it easier to manage personal commitments alongside professional responsibilities. The environment encourages teamwork and creates a sense of stability and well-being for employees.

Cons

Salaries can be slightly lower compared to some competitors in the market. Aside from compensation, I have not experienced any significant negative aspects during my time with the company.
