      Loving life at TUI

      Pros

      It’s an excited industry to work in, who doesn’t not love to travel! I love the flexibility around the hybrid ways of working which allows me as a working parent to get a good work and home life balance. I get to work across source markets with lots of different stakeholders which has helped with my cultural intelligence and has allowed me to upskill and support some exciting global projects as part of my role.

      Cons

      Sometimes just never enough hours in the day to get the job done, but that could be said about most companies as the work never ends!
