Flexibility, opportunity to work from home. Surrounded by really great people.

Cons

Very large company that can sometimes be complex to understanding. However this is beneficial in terms of horizontal movement and progression.

Really poor management in store and the manager gets a kick out of putting others down. No work life balance, stressful, can’t do anything good enough despite working hard
