- local airports offering mixed haul flights - lovely people to work with - great pay - decent trips

Cons

- no full year contracts given out unless you’ve been there 10 years plus - people from other bases being allowed to transfer into your base knocking you further down the seniority list - everything is done on seniority instead of merit

Great people, lots of fun and very sociable. Opportunities to travel and for development.

Cons

Pay was minimum wage and commission was poor. Earned very little money for very hard and complex work.
