      Fully remote. Good colleagues and able to change shifts will colleagues

      Cons

      Bad management. Very unmotivating pay and you don't feel like growing in the company.

      Pros

      Generally hands-off day to day management. Trusted to get on with job and make pragmatic decisions. Pay above average, overall not overworked but scheduling agreement allows for some very long two pilot ops. Supportive line manager and treated as an adult.

      Cons

      Staff travel offing so-so. We have an annual allowance which is great if your family isn’t too big and you like beach holidays, but limited use other than that.
