      Highly polluting, socially disruptive industry Complete lack of strategic direction, especially in HR Lack of accountability in most departments Low salaries The culture is friendly and fun, but there's no innovation Unqualified staff in key positions (especially in HR)

      - Plenty of room for creativity, growth, and learning from mistakes - A wide range of opportunities within the group to do what we excel at - Phenomenal work environment with excellent flexibility

      Cons

      - As a large company, sometimes there are delays in handling certain processes, but I feel this is improving
