Flexible working hours, great culture, interesting projects, encouragement for growth and learning, great people, satisfying salary.
Cons
No clear direction from leadership, constant change of priorities, new projects appearing and disappear in a matter of days, limited or no bonus scheme for the Greek side, even though this is a global company benefit, slow or no HR responses and processes, not diverse teams.
