I worked for 1 year and 9 months in Stripe. Learned a lot about customer service skills, and the phone line was very challenging in a good way. It was not hard to get bonuses and there were options from time to time to escalate in admin positions

Cons

What was known as one of the best options you could be put in at TP, became one of the smallest, less interesting options to work. Commisions were very conditioned during the last months, there was no clear organization and mannagers usually played against the rules for personal bennefit. I don't know how it is currently going, but it is not as exciting as it used to be.
