People are nice, accommodating and helpful.

Cons

Lots of work and handled clients with very minimal salary, bonus are just for the higher management, lots of micro management from supervisor to assistant manager to director.

There's literally no benefits for working here.

Cons

Right from managers to colleagues all are toxic. They never learn local language instead they expect everyone to speak Hindi, and mock you if you don't speak in team meetings.
