Pros

Nice colleagues. Friendly manner of colleagues.

Cons

I have know that TMF Group is a portfolio company of Private Equity Firm, which name is Doughty and Hanson. As you know, Portfolio company is prepared to be sold. So, TMF group does not care about employees wellfare and benefit, they only care about maximizing revenue and minimizing costs to sell to another company by Doughty and Hanson. In conclusion, TMF group is owned by Doughty and Hanson. Doughty & Hanson is preparing TMF Group as maximizing revenue and minimizing costs to be sold to another person or company on Market. So, I recommend that you should not work here and find another workplace. If you decide to work at TMF Group, you will waste of your time!

Pros

Nothing good about this company since been working for so many years

Cons

Lack of leadership and vision, constant changes of direction Lack of communication and push the responsibility to others There is no interest for employee satisfaction and the employee turnover is incredibly high Favoritism which impact to other colleagues Unable to lead and manage the team and yet the Management still can promote the person as HOD Live in her own world, Secretive and Unreliable

Pros

- Pleasant colleagues - Competitive salary (people complain but it is no worse than the rest of the market)

Cons

- A shareholder who does not know what he wants. First he implements a cost-saving policy leading to understaffing (not to mention many unpaid bills), and now he replaces the entire management. What will be happening next year if that does not work? A company is a business with people and not a chemistry experimenting box! - High workload, first due to understaffing now to staff turnover. People complain about health issues and work long time. - Politics and power play. People are replaced by Intertrust buddies of the new management. People are afraid to be fired themselves especially in this Covid19 time. - Changing procedures and staff turnover cause inefficiency in client servicing. - Overexaggerated focusing on chargeability and time spent generates pressure on employees and can cause churning behaviour.
