      Benefits, Flexibility, team, and co-workers are really nice, even overseas

      Cons

      salary very low and bellow average, IT problems, not modern, not efficient, stakeholders don't care how much you work, they just want more and more and you are not recognized, leaders don't invest on the professionals and of course, lose good people to other companies

      Excess work overload. You have to work late night mostly even in week days also you are asked to come to office. Female get preference in team.

      Very bureacreutic. Process are slow and controls are manually. 0 trust on employees. Boring job and very repetitive. No change to do interesting things. 0 care in employee career progression and learning.
