      One Of The Best Companies Of My Career

      Pros

      1) Kept every promise made when I interviewed 2) Have supported us in every way we expected, wanted and needed 3) Commercially driven, but not maniacal - they understand the human side 4) Broad products, delivered through extensive global presence

      Cons

      1) Have invested heavily in technology, but still could use some additional tools, particularly proprietary tools 2) Currently owned by a private equity fund, which creates some uncertainty about the 2-3 year future

      Not what it was

      Pros

      Employs good people who you can learn from. Like head of global solutions and CEO.

      Cons

      HR is going downhill which is a shame which is why I left. There used to be so much more training to help people develop including a potential leader course which have all now stopped, making people leave. Culture in teams is good but 1 tmf isn’t real. It doesn’t live.

      Like a Start-Up, but it's not

      Friendly and helpful people that are always willing to assist

      Cons

      No work/life balance. No established process, little on-boarding training. Basically, you are flying solo here and if your job can be done in a country that's cheaper, then better have that CV updated.
