Good balance between high professional standards and nice atmosphere (openness, mutual support and fun). Lots of opportunities for learning and developing professional skills. Good career growth options.

Cons

Rather low salaries. Depending on a project/client/country you may encounter lots of routine as an inherent attribute of statutory accounting & compliance:)
