Mediocre company with high staff turnover
Pros
If you like to take it easy and if you are not too ambitious and are not qualified and hate the competitiveness of the Big 4, this is the place for you where you will have a slight chance to make it to the top, nevertheless.
Cons
Simply put (and I've heard at least 5 employees saying this): this company does not know how to reward the good people and punish the bad ones. UK MD turned up 3 times in 2 years and he spends the best part of the day gossiping, completely ignoring his reports (Brighton management team) who eventually all 3 resigned and left the Brighton office in a vacuum. The CEO lives in cloud cukko land. after 3 years of his leadership the Group has not grown (check their accounts) nor has he positioned the company on the market properly. The only thing that has improved is the design of the group website. TMF is years away from an IPO and is still seen as a "Trust" company (rather than BPO). But we all know that the days of the Dutch and Lux Trust Boom are numbered... Lots of non qualified, unmotivated people who are moaning all day long so it rubs off on you. HR team in London completely incompetent. Lastly, poor pay and no bonuses (not even for people in an office that has had 30% revenue growth in one year).
